Puma IFV UFP is currently just a single 5mm steel plate

On the dev server the UFP of the Puma was obviously incomplete, modeled as a single 5mm steel plate.

That however is not correct, as the mid section over the crew area is significantly thicker than the outer areas above the tracks.

 

 

 

Notice here how the UFP is significantly thicker above the mid section / radiator

 

 

It is demonstrated that the mid section (green) is over 3 times as thick as the outer area ( yellow ).

It is also shown that the 2nd layer of the UPF (blue) is over 2 times as thick as the outer area ( yellow )

The 3rd layer of the UFP is also visible (orange), and again, over 2 times as thick as the outer area ( yellow )

 

Also note visible on the edge of the plates: They are sandwiched plates (NERA) armor, and made by the same manufacturer that designed the UFP NERA for the Strv 122 that we already have ingame. 

Currently it is modeled as RHA.

It is 40mm wide at its base and we can use it as a reference scale.

That would put the center of the UFP at 40mm, 30mm, 30mm respectively.
