I'm still looking for a group of people to do my GE wagers with.  I'd like to change my Tiers to option 15, I'm willing to play tiers I and V and Tier III-IV are needed for the GE wager, and I heard a useful method for getting the GE wagers is to have a BR 2.7 tier III with some BR 2.3 tier IIs.

I lost all mine, I played solo and most of the time the matchmaker put me into some real shitty teams and almost ALL the times against opps with +1 BR rating (I was at 3.0 - 3.3)
