So...the Ki-44-II Hei; why are so few people flying this plane!? At its BR and Tier, this plane is an utter Boom and Zoom / Interception monster as today's review hopefully shows!

Unfortunately, I am no where near done upgrading the plane. However, I reckon it may feature in another livestream in the near future.

 

To All:

 

Apologies for there being no A6M2 mod. 11 review this weekend. I am currently studying for an exam which I am due to undertake at the end of this week; so that has taken priority.

 

The review will be done for this coming Sunday (19th June - Father's Day).

 

On a side note, I am currently looking into re-vamping my original post into a more formal table - it is looking a little messy in my opinion.

Whilst I am working on the A6M2 mod. 11 video, feel free to check out tonight's livestream where I shall be upgrading my Firefly Mk. V and giving my initial thoughts on the plane's stock grind (21:00 - 23:00 BST 17th June, 2016).

 

EDIT:

 

And here is the net result: 4.5 hours later (without using a Premium Account); we managed to get the Engine Injection!

 

The full stream is available below - it was a tough plane to upgrade, although the 4x20mm Hispano Mk. V Cannon made up for the performance deficit!

 

This plane is quite a brutal straight-line Boom and Zoom aircraft, that I will say.

Quick update on the A6M2 mod 11 review:

 

• Apologies, but it has had to be delayed by a day.
• I had mixed feelings about the initial footage I obtained, but...
• In a following match I really feel as though I got to push the A6M2 mod. 11 to the limit!

Another week flies by, and here we are again. This time, the F3F-2.

 

It may look like a barrel, but I can assure it is still just as competitive as any other biplane out there!

A-1 didn't have pods, although the A-1 is in-game.

It was the Hs 123C that may have had the pods.

Hate to say it, but there will be no review this weekend (things have been very hectic this week).

On the plus side, please feel free to check out Friday night's livestream. We finished off upgrading the I-16 Type 27 and even got an Ace in a Day with a stock Hs 129 B-3 (final game of the stream)!
