When moving your crew/pilot to a new aircraft, the skills you trained to him/them in the old plane will only work if he/they are in that plane. So I move my Spitfire pilot into a Meteor, he won't carry those skills to the Meteor, but he will still have them in the Spitfire. So is this the plane you trained him/them their skills in? LOL, NO Crew skills are the same even if you change the plane. AncientRaig 1,378 Report post Posted May 24, 2014 Candybuzzbomb, you're thinking of the crew qualification level(Basic,Expert, Ace.). ZclassicNOOB is talking about the actual SKILLS, eg pilot vitality, G-resistance, gunner accuracy, all that stuff. So, to answer your question, the first thing I would do is check to see if you have it in the right crew slot. If it's in a different slot than it is normally, due to you putting another plane in there or whatever, just change it back to it's old slot. I'm not honestly sure what the cause could be, other than you accidentally putting it in a less trained crew slot.
