Germany?

Where else would it go? While the aircraft was employed its operating countries were at least friendly with Germany and it fought soviet aircraft. Putting it in an allied tech tree would hardly make sense.

During the '44 National uprising some plane were finally used against Germany, but did not get into any fights with German aircraft (were it would have been absolutely destroyed by 109Gs) before those planes were lost.

It would be in the ITT or in my Slavic/East block regional tree

Which both do not exist and will not come to life soon (read: the next couple years if ever) either so I do not really give a damm.

No need to get mad m8, and why wouldn't you want to have this unique aircraft in its own tree where it belongs?
