Im wondering when the people in South America are going to have a server,we do everything later, we shoot 0.2 seconds later, we accelerate the vehicle 0.2 seconds later, we turn the plane 0.2 seconds later. It very tedious, especially when one wants to enter the competitive scene like tournaments or squadron battles, and dies for doing everything 0.2 seconds later. It may seem imperceptible, butt the average human reaction time is 0.25 seconds for a visual stimulus. Add 0.2 seconds to that, and you get players who seem to have cognitive problem.
