Fight to remember!

We all have good fights but I want to hear those what makes Your hands sweaty and gives a good adrenaline rush! No matter if its on the ground or air!

I'll have some 500 books at military history at my shelf. Mostly books like Galland, Hartmann and big wartime leaders. I just love to read or hear those stories!

And here is one of my best fights!

Me and my friend love to fly realistic battles. We have allways connected with voice chat. So we had a flight in Battle of Ghalkin gol and I was flying with Ki-43-1 and my wingman was with Ki-27.

At the start we climbed at 2km trough the clouds and heading to enemy truck convoy. We spotted some friends below us engaging with about 7 Russian fighters so I ordered to attackt and help our friends! So we both dived to help.

My wingman reported that he is try to take I-16 and I take I-15WR who was in someone tail and taking him down. I was in that I-15 tail at the right time! I did burst a shots to him quite far but it did work! He did break away and he vent very low and Im right in his tail! We were pulling in high speed at very narrow canyon and my wingman reported that my tail is clear but he needs some help with I-16 and Mig-3 what did come out of nowhere!

So at the right time my target pulled up and right out of that canyon and did gave me a chance to take a little lead and good shot at the distance of 200m! Reported a kill to my wingman and rushed to help him!

So I did see that my wingman was at the Mig-3 tail and I-16 tried to take wingman down. I ordered wingman to break right that I was able to shoot that I-16! Short burst to enemy and he did loose a wing! Second kill and report to wingman that he is clear and did get assist kill too.

Then looking that Mig! He was pulling up with full speed and was about 1.5km distance now. My wingman reported to attack with another I-16 and he was able to take him down. Mig turned ahead of us and was closing fast. It opened fire at me and I was forced to take evasive maneuvers! Then I did take a hard loop and opened fire at him at hes back. I did give some hits at my 12.7mm but it didnt take any critical to him. Then my wingman reported to lookout and I didnt even see what did try to ram me down!

Wingman reported that I-15 was trying to ram me and attacking that crippled plane. He did take 2nd kill too. I was quite bad damaged too and my right wing was a mess! Then that Mig was trying to take with high speed pass my wingman and he did take some bad hits!

Wingman report to try to break and go back to base. So I did try to cover him and again that Mig attacked at my wingman. I was able to take some good hits to him and he was forced to break. When he pulled up and right I was shooting a good long burst to hes plane. Some critical because he was pulling full speed back to base!

So I was also heading back to our base now. I did take a look at the statics and mission was allmost over! 2 of them and 3 of us! That Mig pilot was a good one but that another enemy was question mark! What was he?

So when I land my wingman was in air now when he reported that enemy was taking our artillery positions! Po-2!! I was ordered my wingman to follow that Polikarpov but not to attack him. That plane has a nasty surprice!

I was just taking air when my wingman shouted! Oh CRAP!! Im on fire! What is that thing! I laughed so hard and asking him why are You so curious! So it was now 2 vs. 2!!

When I was chasing him I did see that Mig again in 6km at me. So fast attack at under the fuselage to that Po! Few shots and Po is pulling up! That Po tail gunner did get some good hits to me but nothing dramatic then Mig attacked at me but he was jus too fast! So another try to take Po down. That pilot did turn every time his tail at to me and again evading that Mig!

Now I had a chace to shoot Po at his left side and I was able to give good shots to him! He was forced to take crash landing. Now the Mig was taking me down and sharp turn and fast burst at the Migs tail. He was pulling distance again and he did give me a chance to finish up that Po! And 3rd kill!

So my only hope was that one still flying team member to come to help me! Because that Mig pilot did know exactly what to do! Every time when that Mig tried to attack me I had only a second to shoot him back! So finally my team member comes to help me and Im very low on my ammo I was forced to break.

Team member was a quite fresh one but he still gave me a chance to cross flight paths with that Mig! Now I had some speed and alt advantage so last attempt to take that Mig. I pulled a steep dive and gently turn at the Migs tail and opened short bursts. I am using stelt ammo and sight are set to 250m so the Mig opened hes throtle and was slipping away. I did get some hits and the last ones was at 700m and out of ammo.

So back to base as fast I could! Last eye on to Mig and he was pulling light smoke trail and my team member at hes tail with Ki-27 and heading back to hes base. Fast landing and reload and back to air. Full speed heading to enemy base and I see my team member to closing me. So I think that he has a low ammo. I just spotted that Mig trying to land when he is crashed to the base! So thats it!! 4th kill and we win!!!

I wasent able to tag that Mig pilot to say hello to him! But he was a very good pilot who did exactly know what to do with Mig!
