The bolded could also be dropped I would say.

 

There is also the question of the use of bombs in certain aspects, if the 1400kg bombs could destroy a base in one bomb but you need to drop both the 1ton bombs with the same issue would be the better choice. You would get better performance for the same effect, or maybe you could even run on 500kg bombs and only need to drop them one by one, giving you a better loadout than the higher payloads for base bombing (now once it goes to airfield bombing the higher loadouts are better, but I am talking from a RB standpoint).

No. If it is stated on the ladeplan documents on page one then it has to be in-game. Anything short of this is nerfage

Not realy as there is no logical sense in bringing a plethora of those bombloads in the game as they only help to nerf yourself when using them.

 

E.G. the ability to bring a single 1ton bomb is utterly pointless when you can instead bring two to at least destroy a base, or do more airfield damage in arcade if you get ignored. It is just straight up better.

 

Unless you can bring a good reason for requireing a bunch of clearly inferior bombloads in the game that nobody would use unless forced to I see no reason to add them.

Carrying one and not two bombs would cut down on weight & drag which would help your craft's performance. It should be the player's choice of what bombload found in the aircraft's manual that he decides to carry rather than being restricted to gaijin's omitting and nerfing of bomb loadouts

I think there is limitation in game to adding too many load variants.  

After all the game does not give you load selection either.

And Pacifica try not to close this one as that seriously impedes my ability to add new information/bugs/sources to said thread in order to finalize it so it can be submitted/linked to bug reports in a finished state

TT33a, have you ever seen a Ju 88 carrying bombs on outer wing hard points?

 

I have seen hundreds of photos and never recall seeing that.

Unfortunately, I do not have money to buy the full list of Ju 88 A-4 manuals or more information but I did find two pictures (one of an A-1 & two of an A-4) below:

Ty for link. So from that topic I gather that the devs are definitely/deliberately nerfing the top speed of the Ju 88 A-4 in-game as they claim the following claim which is incorrect:

 

Высота метров                R.P.M.                            максимальная скорость S.P.D. Км/ч

        5600                            2600                                                         455

 

 

 

 

The reason that their claim of 455 km/h is incorrect is because the Jumo 211 J engine is equipped with a Ladeluftkuhler:

The last one is the only Combat Mission load I have ever seen with external load.  Others are manuals and testing data, not for a mission.

 

 

REQUEST!

I am looking for ARMOR DETAILS on the 88A-4 and C-4, most important is THICKNESS of the armor.

I looked around, but cant find much about it.

Found something in game, ammo in X-ray doesn't match ammo carried.
