isnt the F86F2  a bit of a  "Frankenstein" plane? it shares the exact 3d model as the F86F25/F30

IN total 10 gunval sabres existed. 4 F-68E10 sabres , and 6 of the early F block 1 sabres  chosen to be modified with the 20mm T160 for project gunval. The F86F1  lacked the 6-3 Wing, yet we have a 6-3 wing with Wing Fencing blocking off slats.

Was the F-86F2 ever upgraded to block25/block30 specifications with the 6-3 wing and the more powerfull engine?

I only read that a few remaining gunvals after the war were left over for reservers Nation guard units, but nothing specifying that the F2 had been retrofitted to these newer standards ( as many of the 50 cal sabres) during korea or being brought up to higher standards with 6-3 wing or the eventual  post war Block 40 wing.

Not that im complaing ultimatley i would hope this is the case and  continue to have current modification, but if it wasnt upgraded then is it true we have a unrealistic F2 sabre?
