I have had issues in the past trying to make purchases through Steam's awful browser and/or using a mobile device. Have you tried making this purchase through the Gaijin store directly (in an actual useful browser)? Can perhaps be more help if more info is provided. Steam is overrun 'as per usual' - this has been an issue for a couple of weeks if not months now =/ sometimes even the game news, community pages or the store site within Steam won't load on weekends >< looks like they are a victim of their own success ^o^ ....still it seems that the support can do something about it - at least now and then people reported that the purchase went through after they've reported their issue to the support oO Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
