why no brits in the lineup?

Because it's hard to find british tank, which will be similar to T-44 and Panther. Centurion or Challenger ? No. Liittle too good. However if we centre on brits planes, remark that they  will can have huge advantage over odd nations. German has Bf G-6 so Gaijin can give Spitfire Mk XVIIIe , which can alone battle win. Well maybe can this somehow balance but many squadrons learn to play only Germans and Soviets tanks and plane. They are now very good balanced. Adding British can this equilibrium  ruin.

Is it possible to use the T-34-85E or no?

No. You have served vehicle set and can't be possible prems tanks.

Can one squadron form more than one team?

1 squadron = 1 team, that is how it will be formed. You can enter the automated qualification with more squadrons and have multiple teams (if they enter the top 24 teams, that is).

For the automated event, will the teams be fixed already for the 7v7 or can you play with anyone in your squadron?

You can play with anyone from your squadron in the automated event, but be careful - it is more important to win battles than to play a lot.

Can we (JG54G) participate too?

Any squadrons, except the Pro Divison squadrons are allowed to participate.

So now I do have a question connected to the time period of the qualify phase:

Did it start at 4th february already?

Or will it start at the 16th february?

Kind of confusing, what the organiser wanted to say there.

So if it already started at 4th of february, I regret to announce, that the official post in the ingame launcher appeared at 10th of february, what is kind of...let's say not so good.

Fine is also, that some teams did already earn a lot of wins until today.

The qualification for the Semi Division of the Thunder League is separated in 2 stages:

Stage 1: Automated qualification tournament in the Events tab. All squadrons (except the Pro division ones) can participate. It was announced on February 4th on the web site and the forums:

Web site: http://warthunder.com/en/news/3551-esport-thunder-league-your-time-has-come-en

Forums: http://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/296784-esport-thunder-league-your-time-has-come/

Stage 2: Final qualifying tournament, where the top 24 teams from the automated qualification tournament compete to enter the actual Semi Division of the Thunder League. This topic contains the rules of this tournament. The picture bellow illustrates how the groups will be formed according to the place that the squadron takes in the automated qualification tournament:

Thank you very much for the advice!

But I have to complain in, even in the name of my squadron.

The Qualifications where only announced join the website itself, as also in the forums.

But I guess not veryone dies have a daily look into it, so they rely on what's shown in the game launcher, and there it just appeared yesterday.

So what i see now is, that me and and my team will have to struggle against teams, that already played the automatic qualis since a few days, and have for sure several hundets of wins, and

noone knows how many points / destroyed vehicles.

So i am sorry, in my opinion it was not fair to not announce it on the public game launcher, just in that case it does handicap a lot of good teams and players.

This post does not want to insult or offend anyone, but I am just saying.

So dont take it personell, but i guess a lot of players can understand what i mean.

One of my teammember mentioned, that it wasnt even announced earlier on facebook.

So now we do have time until the 16th of february, but why?

Others had much more time, so they started to play the qualies several days ago.

Why didnt gaijin just post in on the main site of the war thunder auncher?

There is a big picture, where is much space for that t announce it public, and ON TIME.

Now there is the post of update 1.55, but why?

I am sorry, if someone feels bullied of my post, I don't mean to do that.

But hopefully you understand my point here.

greetings,

Ok, thank you.

And what you told about my post "Mr. Arroganto" is fine so far, but I just did complain about the fact, that it wasnt even on facebook, just in the forum & website itself.

So I know a lot of players, who do not have a look in the forum and the War Thunder website each day.

Thats all I wanted to say.

In my opinion it was not really nice not to post it at facebook & game launcher.

i didnt mean to offend anyone.

Just saying.

cheers,

  • 2 weeks later...

Rules say:

nfcZB.png

Today we were forced to play in EU server, with 280 ping and 3-5% PL. It's impossible to play in a competitive level with such bad conditions. DREM refused to play in US server, and Arbiters decided we continue playing in EU.

If this keeps happening, there is no point for us to keep participating. At least make it like Gladiators Tournaments, where each squadron picks servers each round. Both us Chilean teams need to play on the US server.
