Yet I have pressed that button ages ago when I first logged into WT... relliK 3,227 Report post Posted March 1, 2016 if you got a profile.config.blk file in c:\users\<username>\Documents\My Games\WarThunder\saves\ you should delete it (while the game isn't running). this is the old and now obsolete in-game settings file that may cause such problems if still present in that folder. (now the in-game settings are getting stored in the sub-folder(s) with a random number (unique id) in the above mentioned folder... so don't delete the folder itself or any other content but only the profile.config.blk if present !) still the message may appear on the next start of the game... but hopefully for a last time ^^ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

relliK 3,227 Report post Posted March 2, 2016 (edited) hmm... within Steam you should be able to see all the keys of all the content you bought for WT (or any other game ^^) you could try to redeem the code(s) on the www.warthunder.com website. if the code has already been redeemed (to your account) you'll get an according message. if everything has been redeemed already you should contact the support (https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us - make sure to sign in at the top before creating a ticket) - maybe they got an idea or maybe they can solve this problem in their side. as a side note: while i mentioned the profile.config.blk before this may also be caused by a problem in the current profile settings file - so, you could even delete the whole saves folder in c:\users\<username>\Documents\My Games\WarThunder\. this will delete your local WT profile folder. on the next start of the game the client should synchronize / download the game settings from the server... though: under certain circumstances you may have to redo your in-game settings and your presets. you will not lose your progress but you may have to put in some work ;) Edited March 2, 2016 by relliK Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
STGRTF 1 Report post Posted March 9, 2016 Any update on this? im getting the same problem. i tried verifying cache on steam and i tried deleting the profile.config.blk but no luck. The other reason this is bothering me is that it is reseting my ammo loadout for all my tanks too. For example in my IS3, instead of taking my previous loadout of 5 HE rounds and 23 APCBC, when i spawn i have 7 of each of the 4 ammo types. thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
STGRTF 1 Report post Posted March 9, 2016 Well, i fixed it :good: in Steam library, right click on War Thunder and view DLC, i unchecked the DLC and it has stopped asking me :Ds i have not lost access to any premium vehicles i had either so it seems its just that its actually checking that every time, i dont understand why it has just started though. The item in my DLC tab in steam library is a bundle from when i first started playing but its never been popping up like this in the past...
