Problems in buying golden eagles from Gajjin Online Store

Hi there,

 

I got problems in buying golden eagles in online store. I'm waiting for hours now to receive my golden currency. 

It says "Your payment is in processing now. Refresh this page to check current payment status."

 

This is since 4 hours, at least.

 

Whats wrong with the payment system atm?

Have you tried turning it off and then turning it back on?

 

If that doesn't work then that's the literal extent of my help.

I bought all of my GE through steam via the store card. The process always works even though you get the processing screen in said steam browser, which really sucks.. 

 

After your purchase check your email account for the two emails confirming your purchase. One from steam and the other from GJ. Those only get sent once the purchase has been processed and the funds deducted from your wallet.

IF you do not get those emails then contact GJ support first. Steam has little to no customer support and only really wakes up when there is a store issue.
