The game fps drops for a couple of seconds frequently when my joystick is plugged in

Idk what happened it worked fine like 2 days ago but my fps seems to drop for a couple of seconds ever minute or so when my joystick is plugged in. I checked if it was my video drivers or my graphical settings but that didnt fix anything. However when i unplug my joystick and disable my xbox controllers, the game runs completely fine. I saw that there are other topics here talking about it but i didnt find no answer to the problem. Any idea how to fix it?

(even though this should only apply to Win10 maybe it also does the trick on Win7 ^^)
