Did Not Receive My Tank In Advance Pack

Just bought an advance pack today (War Thunder - Fire And Maneuver Advance Pack)..
Only receive golden eagles and premium acc for 15d..
Eventualy there is no Pz.Kpfw VI Ausf B (H) in my tank research for available use and it says i need to order back but when i go back to online stor (PSN - Playstation Network) it says i already purchased..
Please help me to get the tank..

the tank included in the 'fire and maneuver advanced pack' is the Panzerkampfwagen II Ausf. H (Pz.II H) - germany rank I -

are you sure you've selected the correct tank in the research tree (as shown in the picture) ?

should it be the tank in rank 4..
i feel so stupid right now..if so what kind of bundle that can i get the tank that in the rank 4..the one that same with tiger tank..

if you click on the tank you want an 'order' button should appear - when you click on that the store should be opened with

the correct pack being shown. (well... that's how it works on the PC at least ^^ not sure if it is the same for the PS4)

 

also - not all tanks are available via packs but some premium tanks can only be purchased with Golden Eagles (i think ^^)

 

the Tiger II (H) Sla.16 however appears to be part of the King Tiger advanced pack - https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/addons/war-thunder-%e2%80%93-king-tiger-advanced-pack/cid=UP4432-CUSA00224_00-UP00590000000000

(attention !!! this link leads to the US playstation store !!! i have absolutely no clue about any kind of limitations or differences

between the US and the EU version (either of the PS4 itself and the shops) - i just remember some people mentioning that

there are some sort of differences ^^)

 

so my advise would be - if you want that Tiger tank use the order button within the game!
