JustIgnoreMe 1 Report post Posted April 17, 2016 (edited) I started having this problem yesterday as I went to play the WW2 chronicles. I normally have been getting steady 144fps and as the game started it felt no different until I tried turning the turret/camera. FPS drops to around 20 until I stop moving the mouse and then it goes instantly back to 144fps. Afterwards I noticed this also happening in the menu. I last played two days before that and I have over 1000 hours of ingame time and never have I had this issue before. Just a week ago I upgraded my GPU so I've all the latest drivers and yes the game ran fine for a few days with the new GPU. Also I can run stuff like Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 with pretty much everything maxed out with the same resolution so it shouldn't be about hardware not being able to handle it. This issue doesn't appear in any other game or in Windows. Edit: And it seems I managed to put a typo into the headline, in = is. Ysno 99 Report post Posted April 17, 2016 I have this problem when using a OSD. Stuff like Riva Turner Statistic Server (RTSS) or the OSD in MSI After Burner. If you have them, try closing the process. Only fix I know :/
JustIgnoreMe 1 Report post Posted April 17, 2016 I had Rivatuner running since I had just been overclocking the new card and it seems to have been the cause of this problem. Thanks!

Yep, thought so ^_^ Glad to help. If you want to keep an eye on your temperature, just leave MSI Afterburner open in the background and check it periodically. Until then the best we can do to is report it as a bug :
