Let's not get bogged down in technicalities, Finland fought on the side of Germany with German troops on their soil.

 

Anyway, I'd personally like to see the Whirlwind in the main tree but it's a bit of a stretch so I'd take it as a tier IV-premium, maybe Germany could finally have a fighter at that tier that could out-turn a bloody oil tanker.

nice fighter. either in axis minors or fennoscandivaian tech tree it would make for a really good low tier 3 or upper tier 2.

An empty wing-loading of ~137 kg/m² with a 1475 horsepower engine, 2x12.7mm and 1x20mm guns = low tier 3. Think again.
