American An-M56 4000lb bomb.

Hello, I'd like to see the AN-M65 4000lb bomb for the U.S. as they don't have many bombs larger than 2000lbs, if at all. I think it'd be a nice addition for the american tree. I can't find much information on what bombers may have dropped it, or its combat usage.  The source: https://archive.hnsa.org/doc/ordnance/index.htm#toc . Any extra info on its usage would be nice. The bomb uses the same mounting system as other AN-Series bombs, and would be compatible. The last picture describes the construction of the bomb. Another Source with even more info. http://www.ibiblio.org/hyperwar/USA/ref/TM/pdfs/TM9-1980.pdf

I couldn't find any info regarding which planes have used it, and I've emailed the company responsible for this info, so waiting on a reply. But it used compatible mounting with other AN series bombs, aka, all the bombs american bombers use in war thunder currently. Based off this, it's only a matter of if said plane had a large enough payload capacity and bombbay.

B-17 external wing rack can technically accept this:

1000, 1600, 2000 and 4000lb bombs are superimposed, above the realistic representation

With the Soviet FAB-5000 it is just fair to give the other nations similar large bombs where applicable.

Done some more digging, found a little bit more info with those external bomb racks. Apparently trials did test 4000lb bombs mounted on the racks. They weren't used in combat however. But it wouldn't make sense to develop a bomb with no possibly way to carry it. SOMETHING must have been able to carry this. Im doing more research into the b-29 and 4000lb bombs, as it had special external bomb racks for super heavy loads, such as 2x Grandslams.

From what I could tell the B-29's two bomb bays could support two of these big bombs,so I think that is the only bomber that could carry it. Other then the post-war bombers like the B-50 and B-36.

but it can be carried by B-17G as Rapitor says.

and it will give the same possiblity of destruction than the Tu-4 (the Copy-paste of russian spies).

I support the addition of 4000lbs of freedom for any plane that can carry them.

I still wonder why this suggestion hasn't been passed or forwarded for review yet...

FAB-5000 (11,000lb) bomb for the Russian Pe-8 and Tu-4 is okay, but just a 4000lb AN-M56 bomb can't be added?

Integrating new bombloads to existent aircraft is probably carried as a low priority versus new developments (like the Italian tech tree, ships, etc.).
