I really don't want people being able to just jump straight to 8.0.

Germany is the one lacking Tier 4 & 5 vehicles right now (only paper/partially-built prototypes should be T4/5 premium).......Beglietpanzer 57 is not one of them.

2 Leo 1's, 2 Racketenjagdpanzers, a Kanonenjagdpanzer and now a Ru.251 for their post-war T5s, so I wouldn't quite call them lacking.  But the Bagelpanzer has no prayer of being added as a premium with a 57mm autocannon and a TOW launcher.

The Ru 251 is going to be a tier 4 premium, so it doesn't really fit on that list of yours.

I was expecting 7.3.

--- Bofors 57mm with APFSDS (225mm pen @ 1000m)

--- HOT/TOW launcher

--- Coaxial MG

Should it not be at least as high as the IT-1 or RkJpz. HOT?

We all did. But yeah, the Ru 251 on 7.0-7.3 and the Begleitpanzer 57, if it gets an ATGM, then 8.0 at least.

Oh, and the poll asking if it is in the timeframe is moot.

The timeframe is 193X-1979 for tanks. If you wanted to ask if people thought it would be balanced, that would be different, but that's more or less your first question.

but what if its court date has already passed!? gotta love translations.

i'd support this! i love unusual tanks like these.

I'm not sure why a vehicle would have a court date....

And it would be easier to support if the ideas were organized in an order that makes sense. While I can understand the point he is trying to get across, it isn't hard to tell most of the text was copied and pasted into a translator, and whatever the translator spat out was copied and pasted here.

There are enough people on the forums (myself included) who are willing to write up or help users with suggestions for people who don't speak English as a first language.

Here is how I would present such suggestion (At least, as far as text is concerned):

The Accompanying Armory 57 AIFSV ( Armored Infantry Fire Support Vehicle ) was a private project of Thyssen-Henschel and Bofors . Only a prototype was built, and the vehicle was presented for the first time in November 1977. However, the project was not pursued because of a lack of interest on the part of potential customers.

This vehicle was essentially a SPz. Marder with a 57mm ship's cannon-

As one would expect, the mobility was pretty good, and the rate of fire was astounding. With a weight of only 28.5 tons and powered by a MTU 833 Ea-500 600hp engine, it had a power-to-weight ratio of 21 hp/t and allowing it to go as fast as 70 km/h both forwards and backwards. The vehicle had operational range of 600 km. To keep the weight down, armor was kept to a strict minimum. Much like the M551 Sheridan or Obj. 907, the thickest armor was only about 30mm.

The gun was also quite impressive- a 57mm quick-firing cannon made by Bofors. Originally designed for ships with automatic feed, the gun could fire 200 HE rounds per minute at 1020 m/s. Other types of ammunition included AP rounds, semi-AP rounds (950 m/s) and the advanced 3P rounds (1035 m/s, programmable, pre-fragmented, proximity-fuzed). With the modern fire control system and the gun mount depression/elevation (-8/+45), the tank could engage ground targets as well as helicopters thanks to its integrated helicopter sensor. Ammunition capacity for the 57mm cannon consisted of 48 rounds in two feeders. The tank carried around 100 rounds in storage (Including the rounds in the feeders). The gunner could select between the two feeders (each had 24 rounds) for quick ammunition changes.

If the tank needed more firepower to knock out enemy armor, the vehicle was also armed with a TOW missile launcher. The tank carried 6 TOW missiles in total.

This tank would be a competitor to vehicles like the Sheridan and Obj. 907, and would specialize in primarily taking out SPAA, light tanks, and MBT's from the sides and rear, and would likely fit into the German tech tree at a BR of 7.7 or 8.0 (Due to the limited quantity of TOW missiles).

You think I actually want this to be premium?

I did not now much about tanks and still don't about what proto countries made but discovered the ru 215  in "passed to developers" section and thought this would be fun vehicle like m18 and Germany needs a light tank at 6.7 - 7.3 again it's not like I only want germany to have good vehicles but at that time I was grinding germany and 75mm panthers sturer emil with tiger 2p was boring combo then I unlocked panther 2 which has decent mobility , gun and lost interest in ru 215 but then when it's being added it's a premium and not regular tech tree.

You see these kind of fun vehicle which many people will want use and also because many werhaboos in WT this will be added as premium and with people like @Retry working hard to see t5 prem implemented in game, there is no doubt this and other nations vehicles similar to this will be premium. Good job man retry,  before if vehicles had nice armament and capable of overall good performance people would get sense of relief thinking "oh it's got missile and gun it'll be T5 so not premium". I don't want this to be premium I'm just mentally preparing myself
