I would like to see this vehicle replace the IT-1

 

why?

easy:

 

this vehicle fits the overall ATGM Meta more as a smaller light armored vehicle. the IT-1 falls just out of place.

so something like: BMP / BMD or this vehicle would be MUCH better.

 

and people would complain less, because of the IT-1

you can actually kill this vehicle rather easy^^

Jokes aside, yeah, Shturm should LITERALLY replace IT-1. Everyone who already has IT-1 would automatically get Shturm in it's place and whoever is grinding it would lose no invested RPs.

 

Btw., it seems that ammoracking for IT-1 has been "fixed". Now I get racked by every other ammo, not just cheatfs, as well. Also, other nations' APDS was buffed too, better post-pen and more reliable pen. So no more luck of meeting a Leo with stock round instead of cheatfs, you will die either way in your T54. USSR got shafted again, with T-62 being the only tank to get stock sabot, while whole 3 T-54s you have to go through 8 million xxxx rounds and trilion deaths to get to sabot. On the other hand, every other nation has free apds from BR 7.0 on... And they say this game has Russian Bias... :/

You don't need a 30 000 mm overpen to pierce a Leo.

In fact, your issue is more about M60s.

 

If every nation has APDS ammos, maybe it's because they didn't shoot basic AP shells ?

I'm informing you that all Soviet shells at tier V go trough a Leopard easily. And the basic AP shells carry explosives.

 

Also, if the early T-54s didn't shoot APDS or APFSDS ammos, it's not my fault mate.

That's why I edited by adding "early" in my previous message.

I think there is a way to introduce these shells by introducing the T-55. However, it should replace a T-54 or it would be too long to grind.
