NUCL3ARTAC0S 5 Report post Posted December 3, 2016 I opened up steam and tryed to launch War Thunder, however I could not launch it. The launching message appear for a split second and disappeared without the launcher showing up. I then proceeded to verify the game cache, in which over 200 files failed to validate, while they were downloading, the download completed yet was paused with the message "CONTENT FILE LOCKED". I then tryed to uninstall local game content and reinstalled, with the exact same pause message upon the completion of the reinstall. I tried to delete the War Thunder directory in the Steam Apps folder however it refuses to leave, even after pressing delete 5 times. Any help?
