relliK 3,227 Report post Posted January 12, 2017 contact the support - https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/202645912-Account-compromised-or-lost-How-to-recover-your-account-2-step-authentication-issues (a link to open a support ticket can be found at the bottom of the article) while you can open a ticket anonymously (without logging into your account) i assume you need a 'working' email to communicate with the support - i dont know how the ticket system works tbh ^^ - in any way you should give them as many information as possible (like old screenshots, transfer numbers of purchases etc if you got them) to speed up the process ^^ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
