PS4 Bug Reporting Guidelines - IMPORTANT! - read BEFORE posting!

PLEASE, READ THIS BEFORE POSTING !!!

To make the report valid and useful, the initial post MUST contain:

 

1. A detailed description of the issue you have. Please describe how we can reproduce the issue.
    
2. An attached video & screenshot (if possible).
    
3. Report must contain version (e.g. 1.91.0.xxx, on the top right of the screen) of the game to which is related.  
   Add the current client version in brackets in front of your post title, e.g: "[1.37.45.25]  <Issue>"
   
   

 

 

Please, follow "One Issue = One Thread" rule (do not post DIFFERENT / ISSUES THAT LOOK SIMILAR in existing threads, or start a topic about multiple issues).
 

• Attach all files to the forum unedited - Externally linked files and compressed files are not accepted. The exception to this are videos hosted on Youtube or another streaming platform.
   

• The requirements above are necessary in order to make any bug report valid. Please do not skip steps or not include certain points as they are all important in helping the moderators understand the problem, and if necessary, recreate the issue. Any report that does not follow the requirements will not be approved.
   

• If you require any assistance regarding Bug Reporting, please contact a Technical Moderator. After reviewing your report, a Technical Moderator may contact you for additional files, information or questions. So please be sure to check back on your report if it has not yet been forwarded. If your report meets all the requirements a Technical Moderator will make a post in your topic to inform you it has been forwarded and it will be moved to a documented report section.
