Would it fire the same ATGMs as the T-55AM-1?  If so, I would say this would defiantly be the Soviet’s top tier APC, or at least I think idk how it compares to the BMD-3.

Yeah I believe they have the same performance. 

BMD-3 is more mobile(higher HP/t ratio and 70km/h reverse) and would have harder hitting ATGMs, while BMP-3 would have more armor and a 100-MM HE-Frag launcher.
