Stuk at Downloading update info

Help !!

 

I am using Mac Pro retina and I can seems to download them from steam but once I launch it stuck at downloading update info, I tried googling but none of the solution works . Help please, anyone ? 
 

Ps: I am using school network. I don't think it is blocked because I am able to access steam properly.

this may actually be a problem since the launcher (at least on windows and linux systems afaik) is using p2p torrent connection

which are often getting blocked on school / college / university networks... though some player have reported that they were able

to start the game when they opened the launcher settings and used the 'check files' option - however this option may not be

available when the launcher is actually trying to download patches / receiving update informations.

 

another thing that has helped on Mac OS systems is to go into the game folder (or use the Mac OS finder) and delete the 

warthunder.yup and / or the warthunder.yup.download (or warthunder.yup.update - i dont know how the file is called now)

 

...but since the launcher isn't even receiving the update informations there is a (good) chance that neither the warthunder.yup.update

nor the warthunder.yup.download file are present on your system (yet) which means this would be more likely to be a general update

issue (due to the school network maybe)

Hm....this is frustrating. Any proposed solution on that I can try ?

Go into an Internet café or visit a friend at home and ask if you can download there.
