[answered] Need help I got banned

I haven't played warthunder for months and never modified anything

All I did is open the launcher and let it update the game and close

Today I open launcher to check an update and open the game to play 

Gaijin said I got banned permanently . Why?

Please help

as far i know its permanent ban, no re-appeal. 

but still you can try PM to any of these game mods here

open the spoiler and you'll find your name... seems like your account got indeed permanently banned for using 3rd party modifications.

anyway the GM you contact might give you some more informations or send you to the official support to open a ticket maybe.
