YTube_Goucho1UK 7 Report post Posted June 9, 2017 Hey there guys i have just purchased a Steam link for my living room but having problems with War Thunder as it won't start up properly and have to keep going to PC. Is it possible to use the Steam version of War Thunder so that i can play it thru steam? If so how do i do this or is it just a matter of uninstalling my desktop version and logging into a new steam version using my present login info? With the Steam version of the game, you will get the normal game launcher and when you hit play you should get a chance of how you want to log in... so will be the normal login details and other options like log in with Steam Also, if you start to download the game in steam and then stop the download you can then find where the game will be installed to, and then you can copy or move your game folder to the steam folder and then it should not have much to download.... cant official recommend it, but if you want to try and save some download time it should help
