In game is very VERY LOW elevation angle of 13 degrees for 8x8 , 18 Hp/Ton , so i went in internet and start finding sekrit russian dokuments , and found this , it should be 30 degrees

You could create a proper bug report, if you can find the direct source.
It would be better if you can find another source, that has similar/same values for the inlinction.
