Freezing Continues! Reply if it happening to you!

Everyone,

The freezing issue has gone on TOO long! We need support and for developers to ACKNOWLEDGE the issue. If this is still happening to you, post here! We are willing to try whatever is needed to fix the game, but a developer needs to TELL US how to fix it on our machines!

  • 2 weeks later...

In fact it happened again last night, and the night before, and the night before that! It seems to be the unwanted gift that keeps on giving! Sometimes it is hard to warm up to something that worked so well a time ago but now after being fixed is really far from fixed at all.

Same here, critical freeze, aces crashes. Every time I play since a week or slightly longer (ever since BR's changed more or less). Sometimes it will let me play a game or two, other times it crashes right away.

Yep - very frequently. Used to happen 1-2 mins into every game, on any video setting. Now happens less frequently with the recent update. I also get that weird font issue.

I find that the game freezes when flames are visible in frame. I'm taking screen caps of every freeze to see if there are common patterns. Perhaps it's a corrupt effects file?

The game freezes for me too; not every game, but maybe once every 2-3 games. Very annoying; I have to force-quit, and then having logged in again have to wait several minutes before I can use the vehicles again.

The same still and I have 32 gigs of memory, 3 gig video card as well as a SSD and 6 core processor. Dead turtles move quicker than these troubleshooters!

I notice after I force quit from the freeze, my memory is critically low. Sucks - love this game.

John316 what I your make and model right now? What kind of video card? I was told in my bug report that there are common issues with Radeon HD 5770 video cards.

I'm not John, but I recently got the same problem of constant freezes (sound continues) and crashes.

I have a AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB on a i5 3,2 GHz iMac, 8GB Ram.

Me too today...playing less than a few mins before crashing. Last 5 games it seemed to crash a few seconds into the match.

It feels server related.

FYI I am running 10.13 (High Sierra). It crashes as much as ever.

I've been told it may be a video card issue...what's everyone got for Video cards? If you can't tell let me know and I'll post instructions.

So I upgraded to High Sierra - it never crashed after 3 games but gets super notch and low on memory. Another post said to Opt Shift Tab (I think thats the combo), get out, then back in. That helps. I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M with 4 GB. 3.5 GHZ intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHZ DDR3 memory. Late 2013 iMac 27 inch.

My mac has been keeping up with all new software except this now. I can't blame the mac as it still runs like new.

This is also costing a lot of currency with all these crashes. Difficult to save up for new tanks. I'm in a Mac Pro 2013 with dual Dual AMD FirePro D700 graphics cards and 64Gb memory.
