This is a discussion of what vehicles fellow players like/do not like to play in the game.

 

Not only is it entertaining, but it can be a very effective and useful research tool for a newerish player when trying to decide what to try to unlock.

 

But be aware that as time goes by, vehicles can change in how they perform or operate after updates.  Ultimately the final verdict always rests with each individual player and their play styles.

any spaa , for some unknown reason i have the worst time hitting planes . i can hit a plane with a tank shell but not a spaa, go figure!

I normally don't hate vehicles because they're bad. On the contrary, I tend to get attached to them after a while. Victories on them always taste much sweeter .

I forgot to mention my love hate with the Ta 151 H model. The 30mm hits like a truck but I can't aim it most of the time.

First off, good topic. 

 

   My first really hated tank was the M26 to slow and it's only effective at flanking which it's terrible at do to it's slow speed and zero armor.   Then I ran into IMHO the worst tank in the game.  I really hate playing this obamanation The T26E1.  It makes me upset just to see it in my lineup, it's worse than the M26 and yet it's in a higher tier.  I just want to spade it and then never play it again.  

 

   A close second is every tank in the game that has no reverse.  I play so many tanks off and on that I forget that some simply left out a reverse gear.  I really think it would be faster to have the crew get out and push it, even uphill.  The British and German are two big offenders when it comes to leaving out the ability to back up.

The airplane I hate most has to be the ki-43-I. At its br it can fight biplanes which can mostly out turn it and the pea shooters it starts with are horrible making the grind to the 12.7 upgrade a hard one. 

 

As for tank it has to be the 3 inch gun carrier. On paper the armor seems good until you realize you have a weakspot on the front that can cause you to lose your driver and gunner. Mix with how it's slow at doing anything and high profile and it's a bad tank in general. The gun is good but that's about it.

I really dislike all tanks with low reverse speeds as my usual combat approach centers a lot around darting in and out of cover. The Panthers in particular. - I want to like them, but they don't suit my playstyle.

 

aircraft:

 

Only one: the P-51 H-5-NA. When I fight against it, I see people doing really well with it, but when I try to play it myself I cannot get a foot on the ground. - Maybe this particular plane just isn't for me.

Give the fault to the incorrect Damage Model of AI ships in the game. That plane should take out cargo ships and destroyers.

 

BTW,the most hated planes by me are the Russian and the German P-47 for these reasons:

-they ruin the historical feature in RBs.

-they are unbalanced and unfair to stay at 3.7 of BR which is basically like to put a jet against low Tier monoplanes. Just nonsense.

-it is used by veteran pilots,and so they ruin the match of a lot of players. Meanwhile a normal player that takes out the American P-47 for a walk he gets killed,often by an enemy P-47 -_-

-with airspawn,their efficiency goes high and they destroy everything that they meet.

This nonsense must end,or by giving restrictions to this plane(1 captured P-47 par match),or by raising its repair cost,or by raising its BR to max 6.0(ore 5.7),or by just removing it,replacing it with another plane(highly improbable)

 

My most hated tanks are the low Tier French and Japanese tanks,you can't kill almost anything with those. Plus,I hate the KV-1,which has a ridiculous armour and sometimes with my Panzer IV Ausf.F2(and sometimes with G) I couldn't penetrate its turret,for no reason.

Planes : Anything Russian :p and my VB10's, these are glass planes that disintegrate when it  gets hit, it takes a million years to get it at high altitude and flies like a ton of bricks. It has one plus, it dives like a rocket.

 

Tanks : Anything Russian :p other then that i don't hate any of my tanks, they all have pro's and cons.

In terms of Driving/piloting:

Planes: The ME 410 series. Like friggin sitting ducks for russians and american freedom cals.

Tanks: The Panther Series. Ive done great sometimes, but usually these get hit by some crack-shot t-34/85 and killed in 1 shot from 1.5 KM.

 

In terms of fighting agianst:

Planes: The Mustang. Those Freedom cals are completley dangerous to ANYTHING.

Tanks: The M4A1 FL10. DEAR LORD. I HATE THIS THING WITH ALL MY BEING. THERE'S AT LEAST 10  IN EVERY TIER 3 MATCH. PLEASE END MY SUFFERING.

Perhaps not my most hated but certainly a big disappointment...the IS-1. Far from having heavy tank attributes, it's an absolute glass tank - being utterly 'one-shottable' by just about everyrhing it meets from 4.3 to 6.3.

Perhaps it's the over-performing earlier Russian heavies that add to the disappointment.

in AB I'm trying to spade SU-122-54, I was avoiding to do that for a long time. It is utterly unusable thing, no gun depression, in close combat no armour, its terrible oversteering (even with researched modules) doesn't allow you to stop turning and quickly aim. It just keeps turning too much even when once touching the keyboard. Heat FS with 400 mm penetration is useless as well, it doesn't go through walls or trees of course and when you hit something you're lucky to kill two crew members. APDS the same, it just goes through walls. Hitting armour rack with heat FS - first direct shot, it turns red, second - armour rack turns black that's it. Heat FS hitting tanks from the side - you're lucky to get slightly yellow tracks or if it hits turning wheels or optics - no effect at all. And all of this with supposed 2.27 kg of equivalent TNT explosive mass. BR 7.3.

 

I don't wonder nobody plays this vehicle.

Aircraft: Mig 3-15. So bad at pulling up from a dive its basically unplayable in RB. Not only that, the guns are not the best to be honest.

 

Tank: T-26-4. Don't even get me started on this thing. The WORST penetration of any tank gun in the game (even worse then the new short 37mm French cannons), ugly looks in my opinion, bad armour and the terrible mobility for a light tank.

Tank i hate playing definitely the archer awesome gun awful everything else and just plain confusing

 

planes any ki43 - i keep seeing and hearing about how awesome the cannon one is but i dunno id just rather fly a a6m3 or a reppu tbh i dont really like many of the Japanese army fighters. No real reason behind it.

Agree..Whoever designed thius tank must have had serious psychiatric problems :-)

 

HOWEVER the Archer into skilled hands can be deadly. If used as a single fixed long range artillery weapon, and aimed accurately, it can usually 1 shot most enemy tanks..Its gun is quite precise, which is the only benefit of the Archer, though not very penetrating at long range...Use the Archer as a sniper role only ...Fun to play, but don't ever change position or only if needed...

 

My second worst tank if the FERDINAND..Slow, poor manoeuvrability, sluggish, BUT good front armour is only what makes it worth playing..Too big and easily spotted on maps = death assured if spotted.
