I would recommend creating a custom battle server and you can try to practice AAA with your in game friends. Your friends can also try doing CAS runs on you to simulate the on going effect in an RB battle to an extent. Personally, I would recommend Poland, Eastern Europe or Ash River as both spawns from those maps offer good visibility for anti air purposes.
