That Is Plausible, With A Smal Amount Of Time, You Can Give That Skin To Every Tank;

1. Download A Random #universal Skin Over At War Thunder Live (https://live.warthunder.com/feed/camouflages/?q=#universal)
2. If Downloaded, Put This File To Your Game Directory, Make A New Map Called "CustomSkins" And Put Them In There
3. Search For The Image File (Should Be TGA Or DDS) And Copy Paste The Image You Have In It.
4. In-Game Go To Customization, And Select The Skin

And Alternatively, You Can Look For Skins For The Vehicles You Would To Get A Skin On If You Just Look Around Enough
