SGCustom327 11 Report post Posted May 24, 2018 Hi..I am about at wits end with this problem of getting kicked back to the hangar during the game...First it was error message 12007..Now currently the message is win Send request error code 12002...I do not understand..This has been happening regularly since update 1.77..I have made sure all anitvirus programs are disabled..My internet connection is solid....I am not running any 3rd party enhancements ...What is happening??? On the launcher, there's a wrench icon in the top right, click that and halfway down the pop up window there's a button to check the files of the game. If any are missing or corrupted, the launcher will re-download and install them. Only takes a few minutes. Other things I can think of, update the drivers for your video card? Occasionally when the card drivers aren't updated, but WT updates, there's some issues that can arise such as crashing. Never hurts to cover all the bases. Lastly, could possibly a problem with your internet provider? Small hiccups in the system will cause you to lose connection to the game for a second or 2, which is all it takes for WT to boot you from the match.
