Kenichisan 58 Report post Posted July 6, 2018 (edited) So the 4 of july i purchased the "2018 summer bundle" on steam, and i haven't received anything, no mail whatsoever from steam (be it of a fail furchase or a receipt). I already opened a ticket but no one has replied yet. Do i need to wait for them to contact me? (i have like 36 more hours to re-purchase supposedly); can you guys do anything about it?. Considering that the sale already ended can i still get the bundle or not? (i did pay inside the time window). Cheers. Contact Steam, anyway. yes, when processing the purchase my wallet was charged. I uesd a payment metod (pago facil) that we use here in argentina (and is available in steam), but after almost 2 day i got no email from steam (not even from a failed purchase). I got in contact with the support of pago facil and they told me that they indeed already paid to steam. Since yesterday morning i opened a ticket in steam support but no one has replied yet. I'n gonna keep asking for answers on steam because i already paid the bundle, and i don't know if they will still give me the dlc's; as a last move i'm going to ask for a refund i guess. Now solutions I looked up said get the CD key and enter it in the Gaijin store. All well and good, except I have no option to view THE DAMN KEY ON STEAM!!! 1) How do I fix this issue and; 2) Do you think you guys and Steam could iron out this issue? Kenichisan 58 Report post Posted July 10, 2018 ok, now i got the mail telling me the purchase failed (5 day late), and it gives me the option to buy the bundle again BUT, i already paid for the bundle so how can i ask for a refund?; i already asked in the ticket on steam support but the take years to answer. You have to use Steam login button on the starting screen of the game (and be logged in into Steam with account that made the purchase, obviously). Panssarikolonna 1,086 Report post Posted July 25, 2018 On login its says: "This item is currently not available" if I use Steam button on game login. Then it will create new unused profile for me. I want the content on same profile/account which is registered here like it is in Steam. All email addresses are same. It’s supposed to happen automatically, but new account was created in your case for whatever reason. Contact support so they will move the purchase to proper account. I will wait for further instructions how to proceed after that because in first time on Steam login it didn't ask anything about connecting it to Gaijin War Thunder account. Panssarikolonna 1,086 Report post Posted July 26, 2018 Here is instructions for further use if your Steam creates accidentally new profile for you. 1. Create ticket on support page and ask support to remove your accidentally created ID. It can be found My Documents/My Games/War Thunder/Saves folder. It is the newest one ID. 2. Delete all data on that Saves folder before proceeding 3. Login War Thunder Steam client with your email and password combo It will create your old id on Saves folder again (which you have been using normally) 4. On War Thunder game itself select user and click "switch user" 5. Login to War Thunder with your STEAM login (without email/user combo) 6. Your new content should be in old account and both are combined. If not try to relogin with STEAM login. This helped for me. THANKS FOR SUPER FAST ACTIONS ON GAIJIN SUPPORT!
