Should the number of players in squadron battles increase with the addition of Helios

Squadron battles is currently an 8 vs. 8 competitive game mode where squadrons compete each season for golden eagles. In the past where the selection of vehicles was very limited with only tier 4 being aloud with it being mostly mk 24s and f8f-1bs used in the air and the kuglebitz on the ground with a tiger 2 every once and awhile. Flash forward to know we have a variable BR maxing out at 10.0. This includes SPAA, Tanks, and Air. Those three are manageable, for this is nothing knew and was workable with 8 people. Now with addition of helios they are somewhere in between and with the small number of 8 vs. 8 the addition of helios puts a strain on either the tanks or the air, or even both. The number of player should be increased with the new addition of helios 10 vs. 10 would be great or even 12 vs. 12 would be better but might be pushing  it. I have been playing squadron battles for a long time at this point. I think it would be a  great addition to the game mode. I am open to any ideas or something like that.

I always been thinking of reducing the size to 7vs7 or 5vs5. It is difficult to have proper player of high BR connected at the same time.
Consider I have been playing Squadron Battle from 2015 and it is clear now, like before, that many squadrons will be more active with a reduction in the format to 5vs5 or 7vs7.

hmm

On one hand, I am expecting some shake ups in squibs with the new patch but not necessarily from helicopters (airplanes being able to decap now might see some high skill flyby decaps for clutch wins, especially at lower brs.)

But on the other hand competitive game play tends to suffer when you increase the player number, most genuine competitive games try to keep their team numbers 8 and below (it's also why the battlefield series never worked as an e-sport etc).

I dont see helicopters needing their own area in squibs line up requiring the change to the team line up.

firstly they'll only be available in the last 2 stages of the season, so it's throwing a big upset into the other 6 stages where increasing the player number will have a massive effect (it will likely kill air completely at most low tier brs)

secondly the top br is currently being dominated by ground forces with the nerf to the mig15 rockets pretty much pushing jets out at top tier, the number of teams that ran jets from 8.0 onwards plummets and the number that ran jets and can effectively win is even smaller.

If helicopters prove to be a strong anti ground forces vehicle (which we dont know if they will be yet) then perhaps we might see air power at top tier revived with their addition as the better anti helicopter tactics.

It might also have no effect on squibs if it proves that spaa + fast moving mbts still prove to be the most effective way to win.

Speed is key in top tier sqbs. 1 fast Abrams/ leo 2a4 who's got himself in a good position can destroy a team in under a minute. Hold a spawn to counter helis with a jet if needed.

Gaijin won't reduce the number for sqbs, they'll just say play 4v4 or 7v7 tournaments if that is what you want (you'll get more and better rewards for it as well)
