Breda Ba.46

The Breda Ba.46 was a trimotor aircraft designed in 1934 as a troop transport, colonial policing aircraft, and bomber.  Developed from the earlier Breda Ba.32 airliner, it was modified to carry heavier loads by lengthening the wings and fuselage and replacing the engines with more powerful Alfa Romeo 125 RC.35 engines (license-built Bristol Pegasus radial engines).  Landing gear was fixed.  It could carry up to 2,000 kg of bombs and bombs of up to 500 kg in size in internal bays, or carry 1,000 kg of bombs and 12 soldiers.  

 

The aircraft did not enter production.  Its flight characteristics were considered unsatisfactory and the Breda company had begun to focus on single-purpose bombers with more modern features such as retractable landing gear.  

 

The Ba.46 would make for a good low-tier Italian bomber!  It has a strong defensive armament to use against biplanes and carried a heavy load.

Bombload:  Up to 2,000kg of bombs without troops onboard (1,000 kg with troops onboard)

I don't think this plane is really needed. Italy has plenty of possibilities for better tier I bombers.

Well the more the merrier! Every single new plane doesn't need to be an f104 star fighter, Gaijin has so many good, interesting and detailed suggestions yet they keep on adding more phantoms. This game needs an exclusive WWII patch with nothing above 6.0

I saw the new vehicle list, no interesting new aircraft are being added just more supersonic 10.3 jets which all happen to be phantoms or mig 21s with no variety, At least the British and French have domestic vehicles, but apart from that top tier is just 2 types of plane. This Italian bomber is a unique vehicle.

Gaijin should prioritise things not already in the game instead of more Phantoms or Abrams.
