State of Suggestions From Naval & Helicopter CBT Sections (+ Additional Info!)

Pilots, tankers and captains!

 

As some of you have undoubtedly noticed, War Thunder naval forces have officially entered OBT in conjunction with the ending of the Helicopter CBT. As a result of this major development, the two respective forum sections ("The Valkyries" - Helicopter CBT and "Knights of the Sea - Naval CBT) dedicated to this testing have been archived and hidden away from public view.

 

When suggestions from these two sections are concerned, they won't be overlooked or forgotten. For the time being, these threads will remain archived as we begin to process and sort them. ALL of these threads will be restored in due time in their new respective sections within the main suggestions subforum, with some also likely being passed to the developers for consideration. Currently, we don't have an approximate ETA on how long this process will take, but we will do our best to keep it as short as possible. Completed!

 

Therefore, we urge OPs who have previously submitted posts in these two sections to remain patient for the time being while the processing takes place. Submitting your ideas anew in the new dedicated sections is not necessary as your previous posts will be restored in the near future. Do note that we WILL NOT be accepting resubmissions of ideas that have already been brought up in the former CBT sections!

 

Additionally, we would like to inform everyone who uses the suggestions subforum that vehicle suggestions for all nations and vehicle types are now allowed! Previously, we were not accepting suggestions for specific vehicles (types) unless they were already publicly available in game. This meant that, for example, Italian tank suggestions would not be approved until their official introduction into the game. From now on, this rule DOES NOT apply anymore and players are free to suggest not only Italian tanks, but also things like Japanese naval vessels, French helicopters and so on.  

 

We are also aware of the fact that France is currently missing its own subsection within the new naval and helicopter sections. The issue is already being looked into and we will make sure to include this missing section as soon as possible. Fixed!

 

On that note, we would like to thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation and the valuable feedback that was provided during the two CBTs! We also hope you appreciate the removal of submission restrictions for certain vehicle suggestions. We're looking forward to see what you'll come up with suggesting in the future!

As of today, 07/11/2018, ALL suggestions from both the "Knights of the Sea" Naval CBT section as well as "The Valkyries" Helicopter CBT section have successfully been moved to the suggestions subforum and are once again publicly visible!
