Under standard load she could only make 40 knots and that speed dropped to 37 knots after being refit by the US. Also her turrets are hand-cranked (despite being a mid 30s design) meaning they turn slower than a beached whale. The pre refit versions should be very similiar to Moskva including the turret rotation speed lol.
