Whooptie's Jet Tutorials, Tips and more.

When you finally finish the long grind and get into jets, the end result could be less than you were expecting.   A large percentage of folks in this game struggle in jets, often dying before ever getting a kill and are quickly discouraged, worse yet, some people quit playing jets altogether.     If you're one of those people.... I want to help you.   Jets can be difficult, but they are far from impossible, and if flown correctly you can control the fight to your advantage.

So by popular demand, here are the beginning of a long line of jet tutorial videos that I will be publishing from now on.   I will be addressing key mistakes that I often see among this community, as well as some of my tricks.    As more get published, I will update this topic.   Thanks for all your support!

all of this is irrelevant, since 1.85, when f-100s and mig 19s can get the drop on you so fast there is literally no indication that there about to get you, all these maneuvers and tactics mean nothing.

Actually, its still quite relevant.   Nothing really changes.  The tier 6 aircraft may be quite faster right now, but they are nowhere near as maneuverable at the moment, nor do ANY of them maintain energy as well as the Sabres right now.

Sabre flight is actually much easier now,  and to be honest, I'm LOVING flying sabres against T6.

I will release a short clip about fighting T6 aircraft in the sabres.   Just to update things.    Not forgotten at all :)  Thanks for stopping by

Fortunatly when you still at saber level, Migs19 and F100 are pretty rare, so yes it is valuable, a lot

i noticed you dont fly out the f85 A5, which is a far different beast than any of the f86fs due to its engine.  these maneuvers you show bleed way to much speed from the A5, the A5 then cant accelerate to then catch the faster fighter, and the A5 always ALWAYS fights more than one person cause they are considered an easy target, so you might shake the first guy, but the second and third will definitely get you.

Your tactics dont work for the A5 sabre, in fact they are a liability.

You're right.  The A5 is a much different flight style :) Added the A5 tutorial.  :salute:

And I do fly out the A5 quite often actually, its one of my favorite sabres.  Far from a beginner bird though.

I find it very interesting in your video you basically confirm every issue I have with this plane. From the energy bleeding to the mobbing this aircraft suffers, the only problem is being a support fighter, either you are asking to get mobbed, do nothing, or in one out of ten games do I manage to killing anything. The problems you pointed out are multiplied for any player if is new to RB jets since most of that community have been playing RB jets since dirt was invented and know the A5 is the weakest in any line up.

and don't give me that 'go get gud with lower tier jets.' cause the f80s and f-84s do not translate into how to fly the sabre, in fact their br means up tiering is the usual outcome of flying those hanger queens out.

I was actually wondering about that because I have those and was hoping to find some help learning them first since I'm researching my first Sabre.
