My war thunder launcher Won't update through Steam

I'm having a nasty issue since the 21/11/2018 update was launched, when i came to play that day, the game began updating, but it refused to complete, saying it couldn't overwrite/delete a file with same name, i put the game in the exception list of my antivirus, disabled it, but nothing changed, i then choose to uninstall and then reinstall the game, but when it finished, it was the same as before, error message, this time the report came as "Couldn't dowload game (Locked file content)", i repated the uninstall and reinstall, still the same, i remove steam and reinstaled it and do the download again, same error occurs. the issue is that when i run the aces.exe launcher that gets downloaded, it runs as normal and nothing unusual happens, it only happens whenever i try to run it in my PC through Steam, i really need help in this as i have only my steam Account to play it.

could you maybe upload your most recent launcher log (from the ..\War Thunder\.launcher_log\  folder) ?

the file(s) causing the issue should be mentioned in that log (hopeully ^^).
