Customer support didnt fix my problem right?

Hello, so 2 days ago i opened a ticket regarding my old account, my gmail was binded to it so i wanted to remove the gmail and delete the old account, today i checked and it seems like they deleted the account because i cant login with it on the page or ingame, but when i try to bind the gmail to this account it still says that the gmail is used, i also tried to change password for the old account and it works but i still cant login so i assume the account wasnt fully deleted and just deactivated or something? since i cant login on the old account i cant see the response to my ticket either so im kinda stuck now (ps the guy at support also told me to suspend the account so he can do his thing i assume and i did that yesterday)

pls help

edit: i cant send a support ticket from this account because it needs a email binded to it
