Premium tank not going to correct account when purchased

I purchased a t34 85e off of steam earlier today, but i didnt know i had a war thunder account with steam because my account was linked with gaijin and ive been using it for months but only just recently had i gotten WT on steam by transferring the files to my library. so i assumed my accounts were settled, however now i have a level 1 account with a t34 85e and 15 days of premium while my level 9 account is sitting there w/o my items. i dont know if i made this level 1 account or if it was auto made by steam; either way my items arent on the correct account and ive googled just about every forum post about account merging linking and such. im lost on what to do, anyone got an answer? oh and i have submitted a ticket on the help forum but the event will be past by time they can answer.
