May I see the text version? Reading is faster than watching a 20 minute video. It doesn't have to be every game mode. I just want to find every map.

The text version, only for the first 7 maps, is available in the original post, just above... But the videos address much more points and also include a commented gameplay that you can skip, but which can be also quite informative.
Korea (38th parallel), Normandy, Berlin, Fulda, Second Battle of El Alamein, Ash River, Mozdok

Amazing vids! I surely got much better after watching. Do you have any plans on recording a tutorial for Cargo Port, Fields of Poland and Fire Arc?

Again, thanks for your efforts, I am sure it took a lot of work to make those, but they are an amazing contribution for this community.

Thanks @M4dLuk3
I did Cargo Port already, and just recorded Fire Arc (AB and RB; it will be posted this week). Check out the following playlist and YT channel

I banned "Fields of Poland", that's how much I like this map, and I unbanned it recently to have a "chance" to play it too. Joy...
Ultimately, I plan to cover all maps (domination/conquest, and even some battle mode)

Hi No_Camping.

Excellent videos.

Can I suggest you increase the size of the on screen map to max. It would make it easier to follow you and the others in game.

Cheers

Good idea!

I will at least use the medium size as the bigger size is a bit too big and annoys me while playing (the replay seems use the size used in the actual battle... but I fear that replays always use the smaller size, whatever is your map size setting in game...)

The few next videos will unfortunately have the the small size, as I already uploaded them.

35 maps and 80+ videos as of 28th July 2020!
The following playlist presents these maps in alphabetical order. For each map, the first video presents the general tutorial and a gameplay, and the next few videos (if any) present other commented gameplays (domination and conquest versions of the map).

@*Maj_Fox Unfortunately, the size of the minimap does not seem to be modifiable in a replay (irrespective from the minimap size in the live original game)

Hi,

I've found each explained map for some aspect interesting, but for some other they're just a point of view.
People that camp are deeply criticized. Maybe.
But all the situations here explained must be seen under the point of view of level and of the kind of tanks/crew skills that the author has.

A very very fast tank, fast to move, to go back, to rotate and overall to recharge. Almost undestroyable tanks, in some video there are situations that maybe in the best dreams of the most here can happen.
One has beat me: in the Alaska first video the author remains with no bullets and the other TWO shooting at him cannot destroy until he recharge and win!
For sure there are suggestion preciuous but for the most of the things that happen in AB is quite unpractical to act that way.
I think to have enough experience, also if I perfectly know that I'm still a newbie, to tell a lot of situations unbelievable, from critical hits that are uneffective, to people that seems to coalize against you when you remain alone, and so on.
Don't forget that in this game in AB there are no teams at all, most of players, the half at least, fight with the other half and neither of the two parts know what they're doing.
Last, I think that everybody here as the exact idea of how slow to do everything can be a just acquired Tiger, a Panzer or an IS-1, and after all there are tanks built to stay aside and snipe.

Well, after all is a game, not a job.
My last opinion? If you want to die soon follow this guides. ;-)
Regards

As I clearly admit in the video, the Alaska short gameplay is more a joke than anything else, and I have posted more serious gameplays on this map since. The important part of this video is the map tutorial which is also extended in other videos, like this one:

Do not hesitate to actually visit the YouTube channel where you can search for such or such map.

On the YouTube channel, I am showing videos with very different tanks and nations (and more RB than I initially did) and maintain that you can have an active gameplay with all sorts of tanks (heavies, SPG, medium, light). Obviously, you will not do the same things with a fast glass canon like the Lorraine 40t or with a slow well-armored Centurion Mk. 10, but again, you can have an active gameplay with a big impact on the battle with both.

I mention in my different tutorials the few maps like Mozdok or European Province where camping can be effective. But I assure you that to get the best results in this game, camping is not the solution overall. Static campers have generally a very limited impact on the outcome of a battle. Just the plain reality. And honestly, the game becomes so much more fun when you adopt an active gameplay taking responsibility in the outcome of the battle, rather than spending the entire game behind the same rock, with essentially no strategy/plan in mind.

Unpractical? Not if you dare try it!

Try to have an open mind, and ultimately consider that these videos could really help improve one's gameplay and reach a win rate significantly above 50% in most tanks/nation/BR (my current monthly win rate is 80/85%/75% in AB/RB/SB), if you follow the general (active) philosophy and some of the strategical tips.

Good luck on the battlefield!

Oh! Don't doubt. When I will have tanks/crews fast as yours I'll do it.
In the meanwhile I've just followed instruction for Berlin...

Hit and destroyed by a sniper 600 m far while I was running in the covered street at more than 50 km/h with a T-34-85!!!
:lol2:
In the second spawn, with a T-34-42 I was in the A zone together with another one blue but in less than 10 seconds other 12 reds materialized in that zone...
In the last I stayed on the usual corner with my IS-1 and I've destroyed 4 tanks!
Anyway I will take care of your suggestions about strategy and critical points on the map!

Enjoy!

Well, I did not say it was easy :lol2:

But once you adopt an active gameplay, this can really be rewarding. But obviously, there is sometimes a thin margin between "active gameplay" and "Yolo mode" :burned:

For sure, after so many games, many of my crew are indeed at top level... but my tanks go exactly as fast as yours once spaded! And obviously, I am still spading some high BR tanks and present quite a few gameplays with quasi-stock tanks.

The IS-1 is a great tank (one of my favorite tank when I started the game, with the SU-85).

Good luck!

Hi,

I confirm my first opinion. I've never lost so much lions as in those past two days.
It's impossibile to have an attacking behavior as described here at least you have a very fast tank overall in recharge time! Most of time you can destroy a couple of enemy tank but most of time in few seconds teams and lonely gamer surround you...

Well I guess it works for many others. But to be honest I am not sure your usual prudent tactics is working that well either (0.5 kill/game; 46% win rate)
It really points to the fact that there are things to improve in your game, like everybody including myself, of course.

Of course also for that I agree. I'm a mean player suffering for slowness of my tanks, maybe except for the two Tiger and the T-34.

The counterproof? Using an attacking behaviour I've done more lions and damages with a BT-5 reserve tank! 60 km/h, 4 secs recharge time!

Hi,

a question. Sometime in your interesting replays appear a dashed circle in front of your tank.
What is it?
Thanks

It's when I put artillery using the map during the actual game. Unfortunately, during a replay, you do not see where I drop my arty and only see this circle (I usually drop arty on big groups of static tanks, avoiding heavy tanks and privileging light vehicles ; never put arty on a cap held by the enemy but heavily attacked by your team: you may team-kill an ally a few seconds later; see my tutorial below). You can sometimes also see some white arrows pointing toward the grounds: these are arty drops by all players.

Do not hesitate to visit the YouTube channel, as I won't post any new video here on the forum, except for new maps:

Thanks. I did not know about that replay graphics.
I use the artillery in the same way and it was good to me to know that a master as you are use the same! After all my militar service 40 years ago was in parachutists...artillery group (look at those shells below my ****!) ;)
I'm studying ALL your video one at time, noting maps and suggestions, and I'll try to do my homeworks as soon as possible maybe using my "weak" russian fleet and not the "faster" german one.
After all in this sad period where the so named smartworking we're forced to has nothing of smart! ... there's time to enjoy.
Thank you very much!

Best help ever and I must say that since I read this thread and subscribed to the channel my stats have been going steadily up and, most important, my pleasure playing this game as I am no longer a poor lamb going to the slaughter.

Thanks again for that initiative.
