I use your method for years and it really help me to enjoy my PS4 DS gamepad. I can play with DS for all day but cannot with Keyboard and mouse which make finger tip painful and mouse arm shoulder tired.  I did some small changes for better playing in Jet fight, which need countermeasures release and keep watching behind. Thank you a lot.

Has the Sensitivity changed since the last update? I feel like my free look sensitivity is so low.

You can change it at [Common]-[View controls]-[Controller Aim Sensitivity], close to 100% fix your issue, I am using 100%

Ok, the key seems to be to use the mouse look activation free look and get the reticle off screen, then it won’t snap back. Or like in your video, follow your own plane if you’re hold the pitch max.

Any time you using pitch control, what ever you hold R1 or not, until you release pitch, the mouse guiding circle will not guide your plane, that because the pitch is higher priority than guide circle

Very well done! Thank you for putting some decent amount of time into this, and showing that controller users are not at a disadvantage!  :salute:

As many have said, we are indeed at very much of a disadvantage! Not sure why you said or think that. Funnily enough, those that tend to say we are not have never tried a stick or a pad.
