Never rush capture points!

As the title says never rush capture points!

I have seen many new players who just start the match and immediately rush the capture point. That is a big no, no.

I would advise you to first scout the area and check for enemies behind bushes and cover, as there might be a tank hiding behind there. (Check for snipers as well)

If your capturing the point mid-match be careful of enemy aircraft.

I would recommend playing with friends as it will help you scout and capture points easier.

Or if you don't have any friends, you can join a faction, squad or however you call it yourself.

So please don't rush points as I have lost many matches because of this, so I wanted to teach you how to correctly capture points.

(P.S get some camouflage if you don't have already)

Nope.

Blindly following best practices is not always the best practice.

There are maps and situations where it is actually a good idea to rush capture points.

The obvious is a map with 3 capture points where each team has one very close to them. It's important to capture the closest to you as soon as possible.

On some maps, even if there is only one capture point, but it has good cover, often the first team to capture it wins the battle.

And there are cases when a fast wheeled vehicle rushes in and captures it, while the rest of the team stays a short distance away, so they can blast enemy tanks who try to capture it back.

So, it's very situational.

Yes, it is situational, but if your going for the mid distance from the enemy and friendly spawn that is when you should follow those tactics.

I have seen many players rush down to the mid distance capture points and literally get slayed without even looking out for enemy tanks or planes.

You could lose a round just from a single capture point being rushed by your friendlies and them getting destroyed.
