As Golden Eagles are the premium currency of the game, you can only earn them by a few means other than buying them. One way is to use the Free GE App on the Google Play store. The other way I can think of is doing GE Wagers in game. You can get these via daily logins or some battle trophies give them I think. It's random, so instead of 100 gold you might end up with a premium vehicle (unlikely), or a free 1-hour trial of a premium vehicle (much more likely) or other stuff like boosters or wagers or silver.
