War Thunder dont start

it's been more than 6 days since whenever I open the game and starts an update that never really starts and this does not let the game start.
Already tried to run by aces.exe, disable the antivirus, reinstall, run by administrator mode, run by compatibility mode the game or even leave this screen for a long time but nothing works I wish someone could help me

upload the most recent launcher log (from the ..\War Thunder\.launchre_log\  folder). it may contain some information about what's going wrong.

are you connected to a college / university (campus) network by any chance ?

weird... i was expecting to see some (connection) errors listed in the log but there aren't any =/

it almost looks as if some task / process of the launcher is 'hanging' so the launcher cannot proceed

but usually this would (or should) be prevented by the integrated watchdog...

i somehow got the feeling that this may be caused by a Windows issue. your Windows version is quite

old and according to the dxdiag there is an issue with the Windows updates...  though this Win update

issue did not start a few days ago >< hmmm...

you wrote that you already tried to reinstall the game - when you uninstalled the game on Steam, did

you go to the Steamgames folder and made sure the War Thunder folder got deleted or did you delete

it manually before reinstalling the game ? if not, you could try that

you should maybe also perform a disk check on your G: drive (and maybe C: as well ^^) to see if there

are any problems reported (and / or fixed). while you can do the disk check on drive g: while Windows

is (and keeps) running doing a disk check on C: will require the Laptop to restart and perform the check

before the Windows start (this may take quite some time !)

I do not know if I'm saying xxxx, but try to start the game without steam ...

https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/453315-can-you-launch-war-thunder-without-steam/

If it does not give problem, then the issue should be in the steam, or between the Gj and steam

I already tried to start the game by aces but it does not work

what happens when you try to run the aces.exe ?

do you use a wireless / WiFi connection to you router or a wired / cable connection ?

if you use a WiFi connection do you have a (long enough ^^) cable to try a wired connection instead ?!

to get your Windows up to date or at least to make sure there are no issues with your current version

you could perform some Windows checks / repairs... be aware that those checks may take quite some

time !!! https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-repair-windows-10/

(you dont need all of this imho but doing the dism and sfc checks (method 1) may help)

whenever I run the aces the launcher opens, I tried to use the network cable but the problem continued the same now I am executing method 1 of the site that you spoke and the result of it will say here as soon as it finishes

can you remember if there was something unusual happening on your system before this started ?!

did you install something new or did you uninstall something, did anything crash or was there a client

or launcher update ?

did you restart your router and computer since ?

what anti virus / internet security software do you use and do you have additional security tools installed

(like malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, CCleaner etc) ?

some more (kinda technical) things you could try:

1. reset the Winsock - https://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-winsock-in-windows-10

2. flush the dns cache - https://www.thewindowsclub.com/flush-windows-dns-cache

3. change the dns server to rule out dns server issue (like Cayari already implied)

in fact there was a problem occurring when starting the system which was what a dll called wincomsrrfv can not be found but now after following a tutorial on microsoft site how to repair this dll and repair it the problem has not changed, use 1 firewall and 1 antivirus but none of the 2 and responsible for this problem because I have analyzed them carefully for a long time to see if the problem was not in them, yes I have rebooted the computer and the router several times but nothing changes in the problem I will try their methods of which You sent the link and if any of them work and solve the problem I'll tell you right away on this topic
