Question about gifting DLC that is already owned

If i have a DLC, "beginners pack" - can a new of the same DLC be gifted to me?

 

I was gonna make a trade - to renew my premium account...

 

I don´t care about the vehicles, i was told simply nothing would be added if one bought the same DLC twice with the vehicles if those were already owned.

 

Only the premium account and the small SL boost from the Beginners pack @ 4.99 euro is what i´m after.

 

Any way around this? Can it be gifted to me, even if i already own it?

 

 

 

Edit: seems i got it confirmed, that something already owned cannot be gifted.
