I was looking on war thunder live and i stumbled across this.

Is there a way to get my graphics like this?

iI love the smooth look of the tanks. Im playing on a Macbook Pro 2012 (for now) averaging 50 fps.

The short answer is no.

Any unauthorized modification to the game files would be considered a violation of War Thunder's EULA. Intentionally changing your graphics to look like this, which are below even the ULQ setting it seems, would most likely fall under this.

Leaving that out of the question, Ultra-low-quality by itself (which is an option you can run on) is a rather hot topic as you can see by the 100+ page discussion on it...
