Rptd: [1.91.0.75] Naval EC match still ongoing, no rewards given

After leaving a Naval EC match (about 40-50 minutes left), the match which took place on September 21st did not appear as "finished" and continues to remain "unfinished" today September 23rd. If applicable, I was only using the vehicle the Yuudachi.

Provided below are three screenshots showing: The "left battle" screen (1), my battle log in-game showcasing the issue (2), and an issue I faced attempting to join a Naval EC match yesterday (I was able to join regular matches perfectly fine) (3).

Don't mean to bother as you guys likely are busy, but nothing has happened so far with the post I have made on the forums and it is still Pending Approval. 
I would not be as concerned if it wasn't for the fact that currently the AB Naval EC match in question is the last mission in my past missions list (so it will disappear if I play one more match, which isn't a huge deal since I still have the screenshots) and that another Naval EC event has just started. Personally, I have no desire to test out the RB Naval EC when the issue I had with the prior event is still unresolved.
Again, don't mean to bother you, but I have not heard anything about the issue and it is still Pending Approval on the forums.

 

 

Any possible information/updates would be great.

Hi,

   I have only just got to this report, sorry.  There are hundreds of other reports in multiple areas.  We can only investigate so many at one time.  Also we 'triage' issues.  I have been deeply involved with the sound issues after the release of 1.91 working with the Sound Dev.  This issue was affecting a great many players so gets the priority.

 

Can you navigate back to the 21st September at 20:56 on your Battles Tab and see if this has now completed.  This should be the case.

 

It is certainly the case that EC games can be rather long.

Thanks for the reply back, and that's okay that it took a while. I bet the team was swamped with all the reports from the new update.

 

Unfortunately, the battle is still not on my past battles list, although I do know that it still hasn't ended for me as my RP towards my next vehicle remains unchanged (minus the one or two games I've played in that nation since EC). This picture was taken just prior to the battle disappearing off of my list as I had concerns it would not last there forever. That would have been plenty of time for the mission to end, also considering there was less than an hour left in the match and that AB EC ended some time ago.

Currently, my past mission list only goes to October 5 due to the event.

Thanks for that.  I will bring it to the Dev's attention.

 

I do note that you seemed to have not got any RP at all for this game.  You have SL and Convertible RP but no 'normal' RP.
